Dear listmates,

I will be traveling to Netherlands and Belgium in about a month, and I would
like to know about the general awareness of CD in these places. I will try
to bring some emergency food with me on the plane, but I am interested to
know if supermarkets and health food stores feature GF items in special
sections, or if I need to hunt around.

Are there any great GF resources I should know about? I understand that the
Dutch are English speakers--is there restaurant card in Dutch, just in case?

Thanks so much for your help!

Best,

Chris
