Natural Ovens Bakery (a non gluten-free bakery co.) puts out a newsletter with their products (found in regular grocery stores). In Vol.1 issue 33 they have an article about their thoughts on starting a line of GF bread, muffin, cookies, etc. and wanted to know how many people might be interested.
