I plan to take my family (with 9-year old daughter with celiac) to Riviera
Maya south of Cancun in December for school vacation. We would like to stay
at one of the 4 or 5 star all-inclusives.

My family really needs a guaranteed fun warm beach vacation.

I would appreciate any recommendations of Hotels with chefs that understand
how to prepare safe gluten-free food for our child.
