Hello all,
When I was first diagnosed this past May, I bought Arrowhead Mills gf flours and have been using them ever since. In Whole Foods this weekend I bumped into a woman who told me she heard they are cross-contaminated. What do you all think about this? Do you use them and does anyone have problems with them? Please advise.

Also, I read your recent summaries regarding school lunches and camping foods. I saw in both a reference to Chebe bread. I looked it up and have ordered some. I hope it is good - I have yet to find a bread I am happy with. So .. just wanted to say thanks for the info - this listserv has been a great resource.
