I have a great recipe for cookie icing that I thought I might share.  I sent
this recipe when someone asked for one, but I noticed it was not included in
the summary.  This recipe is so easy and it tastes great!  My Grandmother used
to use it for cake, but I prefer thicker icing, but found that it was perfect
for cookies!

All you need to do is mix milk and confectioners sugar together until you get
your desired consistency.  Then add food coloring if desired.

Wait until the cookies have cooled off, and then spread the icing evenly on
the cookies.  The icing should get hard overnight.
