I just saw an item in the paper that said Donato's pizza chain (based in
Columbus, OH) is offering a crustless pizza.  This is because of the low carb
dieters.  They say the toppings will be baked on a layer of soy granules.  Anybody
checked with them yet to see if these pizzas are gf.
