Just in case anybody got weirded out by the person who claimed in the
Spanish coffee summary (the person who posted it did not claim this;
he merely summarized) that you can't be sure what's in coffee filters
-- we've already been through that one. You can indeed be sure what's
in them -- and it ain't gluten.

Melitta sells more coffee filters than anybody in the world and their
filters do not have gluten. Kroger and Whole Foods filters do not
have gluten. Every company that was checked by people on this list
said coffee filters simply do not have gluten. So enjoy your filtered
coffee.
