For those of you who live in the Portland Me vacinity, my husband and I ate at Jonathan's in Ogonquit, Me.  I talked to thechef on the phone before we left and he personally came out and talked me when we arrived.  He prepared me a very tasty meal of scallops, salad, baked potato and steamed veg.    It was a little pricey but the atmosphere and food was very good and best of all, they understood the diet very well.
