Hello,
Being a newly diagnosed celiac I am struggling with where to find a GF soy
sauce? Can anyone help? Also, I am struggling with finding out what to buy in
the stores...what is safe for mayo, ketchup, ice cream ect. Can anyone tell
me what brands of foods are safe? I understand already that Kraft does a good
job on labeling. This is really overwhelming.
