I will be traveling to Chicago next week, and will be joining a
client for breakfast. He knows of my eating limitations, and asked
me to pick the restaurant.
So, if anyone has had good GF "breakfast" experiences in Chicago, I'd
sure be interested to know. My husband and I were in Chicago last
summer for several days, and I did reasonably well at lunch and
dinner, but breakfast was always very difficult. Come to think of
it, breakfast when eating "out" is pretty much a disaster no matter
where I am, because of the nature of breakfast foods.
I'm hoping for some non-chain restaurant ideas, as I'd like my client
to enjoy his breakfast, too. I'm sure he'd be nice about eating at a
Bob Evans or McDonald's, but it would be nice FOR HIM if I can figure
out someplace with a bit more character than the chains.
Thanks!
Suzanne
