Hi All--
This is really embarassing! I have two containers full
of flour - one is marked potato starch flour and the
other isn't marked at all. I *think* it's tapioca
starch flour, but can't be sure. Is there some way to
tell? I tasted both and they taste the same - the
texture is also the same.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
