Have you got a firewall installed? If not, try the free zone alarm, and set
it to ask you everytime something tries to connect. (This may be a trojan of
some sort which is connecting to something on the net)
At first glance,this does look like some sort of trojan, but it maybe masked
as a legitimate program and it maybe accessing the internet.
