Hi Jamie,
The chances are that the firewall is blocking the audio.
You will need to find out what Port requires to be opened.
As regards Access, I'm afraid a bit more detail is required
here. It "sounds" like you may be trying to report from two
tables, for which a Relationship has not been set up
ideally, but that's a guess for now.
