Hi there:
Has anyone had any success with getting yahoo to help with subscribing to their groups? It seems they've implemented their Image protection scheme on signing up for groups. I understand the logic, however it does make my life a bit more difficult. I've filled out the form to be contacted by a yahoo employee to help in the subscription portion, but that was 1 week ago. I guess I could send another form, but I fear that it may be falling on deaf ears. My next step would be to ask someone sighted to read the image, but I shouldn't have to do that. I've suggested that they use an audio protection scheme as well, but as previously stated, I have not had any response from them. Anybody have a contact at Yahoo?
