Frank,

This error is usually caused by security settings either in Internet
Explorer or other internet security software.  Programmers call this bad
error exception handling.  It is annoying I know.  If you have firewall and
spyware blockers you can tell these that that page can run everything.  Also
you can put that page in your trusted list in IE.  This can be gotten to in
internet options under the security tab.  If you need a more in-depth
explanation let me know.
