yep, i've been using etrade.
you can't use all the features in lynx but does pretty well with
window-eyes version 4.2

charts though are not accessable because i do believe they are  changing
on the screen as they are displayed.
i do think the braille printer idea has some potential.
i have taken to manually charting a stock but this is very labor intensive
and seems a bit unfair when the sighted folks can just get it at a glance.
but what else is new.
for the most part though, i am pretty satisfied with etrade.
