Perhaps the motherboard is having trouble figuring out what to do with the
mobile processor. If you haven't already, clear the CMOS and try again.
Also, make sure that you have the CPU fan plugged into the CPU header on the
motherboard.
This may be what you are doing, but I would have only video card, memory and
processor installed in the motherboard at this point, and I would have only
the keyboard plugged into the back of the case.
Maybe pick up the case and roll it around a bit to make sure you don't have
a loose screw floating around, just for good measure.
Are you confident that you have the CPU heatsink installed properly? Are
you using a shim? Those can sometimes cause a problem if they aren't
exactly the right size.
Since the keyboard lights flash at least once, you are beginning the boot
process, but it seems like things shut down before you get very far. I
don't know if this gets far enough for you to enter the BIOS; usually, the
option to hit the delete key comes up very soon after the keyboards light
flash. But with the mobile processor, I'm almost certain that you'll have
to manually configure the bus speed, multiplier, and core voltage; though,
it should default to something that is at least bootable.
