Please don't try this on a hard drive, CD-Rom drive. A keyboard yes, and
certainly in the days when they were expensive items. However now as
they are so cheap, for less time and effort you can have a new one.

Exactly as I described it-Regular cycle, no soap, dry upside down for
twenty four hours. Supposed to work for anything appropriate, such as
Hard drives, CD-ROMS, etc. Adequate keyboards can be had for $10.00 or
less, even free during some promotions. Doesn't hurt to try.

Would be interested in the learning the dishwasher method as I just
replaced a keyboard also that got something spilled on it.
