I didn't say that berries would help. The diet I suggested was an
example of a diet low in fibre. My non-professional hypothesis is
that too much fiber supports yeast. Based on that hypothesis, a
low-carb paleo diet containing greens i.e. leaves or stems, or both;
does not necessarily cure the yeast problem.

Remember, it's just an hypothesis. Feel free to overthrow it.
