A Paleo newbie here -- I've always thought that in order to take full
advantage of spinach's nutrients and at the same time, not negatively
impact one's calcium, that spinach should be eaten with a little
dairy product. Some shaved parmesan on a spinach salad prevents that
furry teeth feeling for instance.

I don't even like dairy foods (except real ice cream), but what about
the above?
