Task manager can help.
Right-click the Taskbar and select Task manager (Or Ctrl-Alt-Delete). Open
the "Processes" tab and you'll see which processes are running and how much
memory they are using.
Many of these processes will be unfamiliar. You can find out what they are
and whether you need them at : www.blackviper.com
