Does anyone know of a list that someone has already made of "mainstream"
foods that are soy, dairy, and GF to accommodate all of the
allergies/intolerances in my family, since I end up triple label and
ingredient reading?
In particular, I am looking for salad dressing and shortening /
margarine.
