Dear List  Members -

I will be having surgery at Hartford Hospital in November.  Seeking general suggestions for eating during hospital stays and information related specifically to Hartford Hospital.

It is planned as a "23 hour observation" stay.  My fear is that the short stay will lead to sloppy food prep, and I'm considering preparing and freezing my own meals for microwave reheating.   Suggestions, anyone?
