This is a response from Rebar regarding my further inquiry into the safety
of their wheatgrass ingredient and cross-contamination at harvesting - type

>Hi; The next time we make new packaging we will remove wheatgrass from our
>great bar. Even the gluten society cannot get it right. Anyway we have
>certifications and batch analysis of our winter wheatgrass from our
>supplier. The Canadian government (due to concerns like yours) took some of
>our bars off the retail shelves and did their own lab analysis of Rebar and
>came back with a negative count on gluten. They were satisfied and allowed
>us our claim of Gluten Free.
> I am sorry but the government did not give us details about the
>methodology of their analysis. Rebar is gmo free/organic certified/ gluten
>free and kosher. Our standards have to be VERY high to obtain all these
>certifications. Please enjoy Rebar and give us a call any time.
