Hello all,

This is my first post and I hope someone can help me with this. I have been
GF for almost 3 years and recently had some routine labs done. My doctor sent
me a note stating that my transglutaminase IgA was slightly elevated at 34,
and that less than 20 is normal. He also said that he is unsure of the
significance of this. I read somewhere that this level can be slightly elevated even
is damage is no longer occuring in the intestine. My question then, is 34 an
acceptable level demonstrating adequate compliance to the diet? I have
recently added oats to my diet and am wondering if I should stop them and be
retested. I will summarize. Thank-you in advance for your help. Chris from
Kalamazoo
