Thanks everyone for the tips. I just want to say that I'm not sure if my
reaction was a gluten reaction because I've been getting a lot of responses
from people who eat chipolte often. One suggestion I'm now looking into is
taking digestive enzymes when I eat beef. I'm going to ask my doctor about
them because I'm not sure which ones are best. Another suggestion that was
good was when I eat beef to not eat carbs with it. I do get stomach aches
often when eating beef but this reaction happened much quicker than normal
and hurt a lot more. I'm thinking maybe because the meal was so heavy...I
don't know. I don't react to small amounts of gluten so even if the spoon
touched a flour shell I don't think that would be what made me so sick. If
I ever eat there again I will definantly get the chicken.
