Hi Dori,

Have you considered that one of the foods you are eating, which may
very well be paleo, just doesn't agree with your body? I find I do
very poorly when I have onion or garlic in my diet.

The most effective way to track down individual food intolerances
is with Kathleen's Texas Lowcarb Elimination Diet. It is surely an
extreme step to take -- personally I have only used it to test a
dozen or so foods -- but I sense that you are ready to take this
final step ;)
