Hello Mr. Worthington and other anti virus, anti malware & anti spam
fighters the world over:

You will need to answer this question on your end. If your program just says
MCAFEE anti virus then that is all it does. Now if the program uses the
phrase security suite then you could very well have a firewall included.

Bring up MCAFEE and alt h to pull down the help menu and then the letter a
to bring up the about MCAFEE information.

If you are indeed running a true firewall not the half baked firewall that
Gates included in the pack 2 security for XP, you would know it by now. The
firewall would ask you for provision to let various programs out for
updates.

Fire walls is just one layer of your computer's security system. If and when
you lower your shield, be sure to remember to raise the shield again.

And

Safe computering to you.

: Hello all,
: If anyone on the list is using MCAFEE Virus Protection, maybe you can
answer
: a question.
: Is there a built-in fire wall in the program?
: If so, where may a person find it to disable it, or activate it?
: Thanks,
: Morey
