At the Blind Programming web site, blind and visually impaired computer 
programmers can exchange resources, knowledge, and ideas. The site includes 
an e-mail discussion group, resource materials for most programming 
languages, speech-friendly tutorials, manuals and documentation, and 
job/project classifieds. You can check out the site for yourself at
