Senior Vice President of Information Technology and CIO for FedEx Ground to be featured on "Disability Matters with Joyce Bender"

PITTSBURGH, PA - Mr. Michael Hmel, Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer for FedEx Ground
will be featured with Joyce Bender on "Disability Matters" on Tuesday, February 14, 2006, from 2 PM to 3 PM eastern time. Discussed
on the show will be the successful business partnership between Bender Consulting Services, Inc. and FedEx Ground.

Prior to becoming Senior Vice President of Information Technology and CIO of FedEx Ground in 2000, Mr. Hmel served as RPS' Vice
President, Information Technology and CIO, Director of Information Technology; and Director Application Development. Mr. Hmel
served as Vice President of Corporate Information Services for Blue Cross of Western Pennsylvania, General Supervisor of Operations
for LTV Steel Corporation, and Project Leader for J&L Steel Company.

Mr. Hmel was the recipient of the 2004 FedEx Ground Five Star Award, the most prestigious internal award for employee performance.
He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Highland Country Club, and a member of the Pittsburgh Large Company CIO
Roundtable and the Berkley Hills Athletic Association. Mr. Hmel holds a MBA from Robert Morris University and a BS from Penn State
University.

The host of Disability Matters, Joyce A. Bender, is President and CEO of Bender Consulting Services, Inc. and its "sister company"
Bender Consulting Services of Canada, Inc. Bender Consulting provides competitive employment opportunities for Americans with
disabilities in the areas of information technology, engineering, finance/accounting, human resources and general business. In
1985, Joyce had a life-threatening accident due to epilepsy, which caused an intracranial hemorrhage that required subsequent brain
surgery. Against all odds, Joyce recovered from this accident that left her with a 60 percent hearing loss in one ear and a
realization that she had epilepsy. As a result of her personal experience, she developed a passion for helping people with
disabilities and founded both companies. Ms. Bender is the recipient of the 2003 New Freedom Initiative Award from the Bush
Administration, as well as the 1999 President's Award from President Clinton.
