Hi Deborah,
My sighted wife has the same complaint, her best solution is to
print the envelopes directly from word's template. That may not
do on the larger envelopes.
I suggest looking at stationary stores for larger lables that
would take both the to and return addresses and may come in
single width strips. so you can do one at a time.

My wife says that word actually allows you to print a single
label from a sheet. There are two related problems:
1. if the allignment isn't perfect, and who can tell, and if word
goes all the way to the edge of the label, you may miss some
print.
so suggest using small margines on sides, top and bottom if you
can get away without filling the entire label.

Also, some printers cause the paper to go through a very sharp
bend. This may mean if you re-use a sheet several times, you may
get labels bending and comming off in the printer. Mess!
H.P. reccommends only using a sheet once. No help. Perhaps
other printers handle paper more gently and you could get away
with this for several uses.

for packages, where particular shipper's labels aren't required,
I just print everything, from address, to address and perhaps
even attension info, on a full sheet of paper and tape it well
onto the box.
