If you are looking for a really active community of blind winamp users,
check out the Winamp for the blind mailing list.  to subscribe, send a
message to:

[log in to unmask]

type the word subscribe in the subject line to subscribe.

I generally don't upgrade a program that is currently working successfully
for me so I have no answer to your question but I'm sure the winamp for the
blind list members certainly will have opinions on this topic.
