Position Description:
Responsibilities include the following:
·        Assist users by troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
·        Respond to incoming phone calls.
·        Monitor trouble tickets in the queue.
·        Assist users with passwords, e-mail, and printer problems.
·        Escalate unresolved problems to 2nd level support.

Qualifications:
·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or the equivalent is preferred.  An Associate's degree or
equivalent technical training will be considered.  Microsoft, Novell, or A+ certification will also be considered.
·        Customer service oriented.
·        Knowledge of PC hardware/software, including internal and peripheral equipment.
·        Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
·        Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, with a professional attitude.
