No! There is no simple way to backup a hard drive with copy.

That's why there are programs which do that and they are somewhat
expensive.

the entire drive, file allocation tables, windows registry, boot
sector and much more none of us have heard of need to be backed
up.

some one on this list reccommended such a program recently.  I
I have no direct experience.
