In answer to the question of how to get to the "BCC" field the following
answer was offered:
> It is under the options tab in the title bar of the composition window

I wasn't able to find anything like a "BCC" or "All Headers" entry -- in
fact I'm not even sure what this means. I have been able to toggle the "All
Headers" on/off from the View Menu in the composition window.

Can someone please clarify what the original answer means?

Thanks,
