Hi
I am doing a little homework. DSL has finally come to my street and I am
being solicited by Verizon Online DSL to sign up with their service.
It is very tempting, especially the "connected at" rate, they advertize
but can't guarantee.
I have been very happy with my current dial up account even though the
best rate I can get is 38 kbps. Their excellent 24/7 support and other
factors weigh heavy with me.
Are any of you using Verizon DSL? Would you recommend it? Is their
support any good?
I just sat on hold over 20 minutes trying to talk to a customer service
type to get some references in my area and ended up hanging up. Not a
good sign.

Thanks, Stewart
