A bit of experimentation shows me the following so far on this:
1. Once you are in the recover deleted items dialog, press ins+v to bring up
the JAWS verbosity dialog. Change to all graphics.
2. You'll likely need to click once on the list of messages with the JAWS
cursor to set focus to the list.
3. Use up/down to find the message you want to restore.
4. Once the messages are slected, turn on the JAWS cursor and move to the
top of the window. With JAWS set to all graphics, you should find a row of
three unlabeled graphics. The middle one of these for me is the undelete
item. Note that once you locate the correct graphic, you can assign a label
and then it wouldn't be necessary to set JAWS to all graphics.
Using this process I was able to restore some deleted messages. I'm not
sure if there's a hotkey for these buttons. I checked the Office help but
didn't find one.
I'll ask some folks I know over on the Office team.

Hello All:
We've discussed this subject in the past, but I'm bringing it up again
in case anyone has ideas on how to do this. I'm running Microsoft
Outlook 2003 on an exchange server here at work. I'm using Windows XP
Pro and JAWS 8.0. This morning, I accidentally deleted an item I
wanted. When I realized this and went to my deleted items folder, it
wasn't there. I went to the tools menu using alt-T, then arrowed down
to Recover Deleted Items and pressed enter. After a few seconds, the
list of messages I could recover came up. I found the item I was
interested in, but could do nothing to recover it. Even using the JAWS
cursor, I could not find anything to click on to recover the item.
I asked my boss and another colleague, both sighted, for help with this.
When we got to the highlighted item, my boss was able to click on
something that said "recover selected item" and the item was recovered
back into my Deleted Items folder.
My question is, has anyone figured out a keyboard command to recover a
selected item in Recover Deleted Items? If there is an accessible
keyboard way to do this, I'd like to hear what it is.
