1. Anyone know how to clear up "Windows Protection Error?"
(windows ME)
My monitor popped (well it shut down violently then wouldn't turn back on).
I replaced with my last pc's monitor. It autoinstalled, but whenever I tried
to open an explorer window I would get a blue screen error.
When i tried to reboot (and every other bootup since) I get a windows
protection error (blue screen) and the pc freezes completly.
I can boot in safe mode and have tried removing the monitor and running with
default monitor, but that doesn't help.
2. If I want to try the good old, reformat hard drive technique, how do I do
that (from safe mode)
