Thanks -- Sorry I should have posted that I WAS experiencing problems
before he lowered my dose. I had symptoms of jumpiness/hyperness and real
problems falling asleep. This all went away on the 4th day after he
lowered my dose. My doc uses blood tests but believes how the person feels
is more important than a blood test -- he's a rarity. The transient
breathlessness I had before the lowering of the dose -- it has not gone
away, but THANKFULLY, the jumpiness (rollercoaster feeling) etc has gone
away and I can go right to sleep at night. He thought it seemed as though
my thyroid was functioning better on its own through diet and exercise and
the addition of seaweed -- he's very supportive of paleo eating. He's a low-
carber himself. I've read that breathlessness can be a symptom of both
hyper and hypo issues with thyroid. Bumpy road to balance...
But thanks all for the advice.
