Thanks to Ginny, I discovered that eggplants are full of lectins.
According to this website, http://www.krispin.com/lectin.html, even eggs are
full of lectins.
He seems to indicate that eggs and dairy may contain lectins because of the
grains that most of our food animals are now being fed, but he doesn't say
if any studies exist which have compared the lectin levels of grass-fed vs.
grain-fed animals.
Anyone know of anything on this?
