Yep. I've done that too, magnesium and calcium. It
seems to be helping. Supplements may not be paleo, but
I just pretend I'm drinking hard water. ;-)

Not noticeably, but it can be hard to tell.

If ten servings or so a day of assorted veges is
enough potassium, yes.
