I think this is not quite right either. Yolks contain biotin anyway;
the embryo is insignificant in size and contains all the components of
- well, an embryo, which does include a lot of biotin. The whole thing
about avidin and biotin is nothing to worry about; there is more than
enough biotin in the yolk to leave some available.
