I arrived at Paleo while clearly into menopause. But I did experience
some relief from the typical symptoms. I never relapsed, however, so
can't shed light on that.

But there is a clear link between increased estrogen production and the
whole grain, sugar, and unseasonal living and eating. Dogs and humans
both developed more frequent heat cycles on agricultural diets. Egg
production in chickens is increased on grain diets. I think there is a
strong correlation, and your experience backs that up.

I'd be curious as to what you experience as you progress through
menopause. I think we here are very lucky we figured out how to eat
right at this stage.
