Just as I thought.  It never ceases to amaze me how someone seems to grasp
the glucose/insulin connected but STILL seems to think 'complex' carbs such
as whole grains are nifty keen.  Hell-oooooooooh!  And juicing?  Bleah!
Unless it's fruit (which I have to limit anyway), I'll only eat it whole.  I
see nothing tasty about obliterated vegetables no matter HOW tall and cool
the glass.  Thanks for the info!
