I'm not sure what a "condo" is. Is it a property development with shared
common areas? Is the problem there are few other children in the development?

My son, Tom, is bringing a friend with him when we go to France on Friday, I
think his parents are v. brave!! I must admit, I don't look as though I ought
to be allowed to drive!! Still, I've "stiffened up" my personal legal
liability insurance for the trip!! ;-)

Cheers
