mr. s says he will be releasing a plan in a few days.  i'm most curious to
see it.  he has a bad habit though, i have noticed.  he wags his index fnger
around.  i bet it gets him into trouble some day.   anyway, now that i'm no
longer a democrat, leaves me open to consider what would be best for this state, i
no longer look at just the idealogy.
