The MFJ-993 is around $260.00
THere is no speech but here is what it does have:
The aural meter is a series of one to five beeps where
one beep indicates SWR of 1.5 or less, two beeps indicate SWR of 1.6 to 2.0,
three beeps indicate SWR
of 2.1 to 2.5, four beeps indicate SWR of 2.6 to 3.0, and five beeps
indicate SWR above 3.0.
