Hi,

I recently upgraded Norton antivirus on my new Del PC. Up until that
moment, all was going well.

Now, JFW seems to lose focus -- especially when I open a Word file from My
Documents. When I open the same document from MS Word, it's a little
better, but not perfect.

What might have happened? What should I do?

Tony
