If you go to the Epson Web Site you will find the information you are
looking for. There is a manual for this model as well as an interactive help
section well worth taking a look at.

As several people have alluded to, it sounds like the ink cartridge or the
paper is out. If it is the paper, there may be a jamb in the feeder.
