I was looking through the paleo recipe list trying to find a good marinade.
There were several that I really liked, but they all called for olive oil.
While I like olive oil, I was under the impression that it should be eaten
cold only. This is actually the reason I was looking for a marinade recipe
to begin with. I used to use olive oil but don't anymore. I love coconut oil
but since it is solid below 76 degrees F. it is difficult to use in
marinades.

I was wondering what type of oil other people use for marinades. Is it ok to
use olive oil? If not, how about grapeseed oil - I have heard good things
about it but don't know one, if it is considered paleo and two, is it ok to
cook with.

Thanks,
Kristina
